Return & Refund Policy
Trendvora offers a 75-day return window from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- For damaged or defective items: You must provide clear proof (photos and/or videos) showing the damage existed prior to opening or using the product. Returns will be denied if the product shows signs of use, opening, or mishandling that could have caused the damage.
Return Process
- Contact us at trendvora.ok@gmail.com before shipping anything back.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (flat fee of $X or actual shipping cost).
- Items on sale, personalized products, used batteries, or consumables are non-returnable.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item (within 10 business days), we will notify you about the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 15–20 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions We do not accept returns on batteries that have been used or opened, hazardous materials, or any items that pose a safety risk once opened.
