At Trendvora, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. We work with multiple logistics partners to deliver your products.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 9–20 business days or longer. This is an average estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Important: Shipping times are estimates only. Factors outside our control such as customs clearance, high order volumes, holidays, carrier delays, or weather may significantly extend delivery times. Trendvora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties.

2. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to become active.

3. Shipping Delays We will do our best to keep you informed of any major delays. Delays do not automatically entitle you to a refund or cancellation.
